i have been with orange and my contract is definately going to be terminated! i too have been passed round everywhere and as my son needs connection as he is hometaught he has missed out on lots! for the past 3 wks orange tell me after sending me around their system someone would ring me and they did about a week later to tell me they couldnt help as its a second line problem. i still have no free phone and believe this is done as its very often failing to boost one's bill for the extra money collected by orange. guess what i was told to ring their technicol dept. again.</description>

They tell me their system says that the second line is enabled my browser tells me it's not.
